Why it matters

If your filing is removed, every other carrier must stop accepting your calls. The FCC removed more than 1,200 providers in one order in August 2025 for deficient or stale filings.

A false or inaccurate filing carries a $10,000 base fine; a late update, $1,000. Every filer must recertify by 1 March each year and update within 10 business days of any change.

How it works

  1. Enter your FRN. We match it to the public Robocall Mitigation Database and show your filing as the FCC sees it.
  2. Add the carriers you exchange calls with. Paste their FRNs. We check them every night.
  3. Answer the plan questions. We turn your answers into the plan PDF and flag anything that would read as deficient.
  4. File it yourself. Download the plan and copy sheet, sign in to the FCC portal, paste, upload, submit. We confirm the public listing the next night.

Questions

Does RMD Keeper file for us? No. The FCC portal has no filing interface for software, and an officer of your company must certify the filing. We prepare everything and confirm the result; you submit.

Is the plan legal advice? No. The plan is generated from your answers and checked against published FCC rules and removal orders. For advice on your obligations, use telecom counsel; many of our customers have counsel review the generated plan once a year.

Where does your data come from? The FCC's public Robocall Mitigation Database listing, read every night. We store what the FCC publishes plus your plan answers, partner list, deadlines and evidence. Nothing else.
